Frequently asked questions

How are repos counted and billed?

We only count repos where Connectory actually did work in the last 30 days. A repo is "active" if we performed an AI-powered PR review or a repository quality check. Dormant repos with no Connectory activity for 30+ days are completely free — not counted, not billed. This means you can safely install SlopBuster across your entire org without worrying about costs for inactive repos.

Can I install SlopBuster across my entire organization?

Yes, and we encourage it. Because we only bill for repos with actual activity, there's zero cost for dormant repos. Install org-wide, and you'll only pay for the repos where we're actively delivering value through PR reviews and quality checks.

What counts as a PR?

Every pull request opened against a repository where SlopBuster is installed counts as one PR. Draft PRs are not counted until they are marked ready for review.

What happens when I exceed my included PRs?

On paid plans, additional PRs are billed at the overage rate for your tier ($0.35/PR for Orbit, $0.30 for Hyperdrive, $0.25 for Interstellar). On the free Launchpad plan, PRs beyond the 10/month limit are simply not processed.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Stripe proration is enabled, so you only pay the difference when upgrading and receive credit when downgrading. You can self-serve plan changes anytime from the Customer Portal.

Is there a per-seat fee?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users. We price by repository and PR volume, not headcount.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Contact sales for annual pricing with additional discounts. Enterprise agreements are always structured annually.

What if I need more than 50 private repositories?

The Enterprise plan includes unlimited private repositories with dedicated compute and a custom SLA. Contact our sales team to learn more.

How do add-ons work with billing?
